Antonisha Baker, Esq. is the managing attorney for the Law Office of Antonisha L. Baker, LLC.

Attorney Baker is a passionate advocate for her clients, and her mission is to help creatives fulfill their passions with a secure and legal foundation. Her practice areas include intellectual property, entertainment, and business transactions. She has a niche focus on trademark and fashion law. She has experience in filing federal copyright and trademark applications, forming business entities, drafting various entertainment and intellectual property agreements.
She is a licensed Attorney in the State of Florida and admitted in the U.S. Federal Court in the Middle District and Southern District of Florida. Antonisha firmly believes in the value of educating her clients in order to strengthen them as creatives who are seeking to market their ideas and talents. Antonisha’s approach to education advocacy was inspired by her experiences in academia. She served as the Ast. Director of Experiential and Professional Development at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Fl, and as a Business Communications course facilitator at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Antonisha earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business, where she graduated magna cum laude within two years. Certified in transactional law, Antonisha graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law’s Centennial class at the age of 22. Upon graduating from Emory Law, Antonisha went on to become the youngest in-house counsel and Trademark Attorney for an industry leading pharmaceutical branding company helping to oversee trademark matters and business development for over 15 global offices.
Her approach to education advocacy was inspired by her experiences in academia. She previously served as the Assistant Director of Experiential and Professional Development and Assistant Professor of Bar Preparation at Ave Maria School of Law, a Business Communications course facilitator at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and an International Business Communications instructor for large corporations in South Korea.
Over the course of her career, Antonisha has gained expertise in high-volume intellectual property law and business transactions for thousands of clients. She continues to service thousands of entrepreneurs globally in securing their U.S. Federal Trademark and Copyright protection, with a record of over 700 clients serviced within one year. Her professional experience has developed her reputation and earned man accolades within the legal community.
