Here's How it Works:

1. Select your plan level: Each plan provided below is a 12-month subscription

COUSINS: The “Cousins” plan is for clients anywhere in the world who prefer a strictly US Federal IP based service. This plan covers up to three trademark and/or copyright registrations, IP monitoring reports post registration, copyright and/or trademark assignments, coexistence agreements, and cease and desist letters. Each trademark covers up to 2 classes/ categories of goods or services, substantive office action responses, extension of time request fees, Statement of Use fees, and Attorney of Record services.
SIBLINGS: The “Siblings” plan is for clients who prefer a Business Transactional based service. This includes entity formations, bylaws, operating agreements, independent contractor agreements, IP Licensing, Product Placements, Service Agreements, and various other business contractual drafting, review, negotiation, and execution services.
PARENTS: The “Parents” plan combines the “Cousins” and “Siblings” subscriptions to handle all of your IP and Business transactional needs.
CHILDREN: This is the top-tier subscription for the clients who want ALB LAW right by their side on a day-by-day basis as your entity’s General Counsel. ALB LAW handles all business and IP transactions, business entity compliance and regulatory reporting, and Pre-litigation services (Demand Letters, Complaint Drafting, and Settlement Negotiations and Agreements.

2. Enroll in automatic payments: Our office will give you a call to enroll you in your payment plan and you will let us know the card or account that you would like to keep on file.

3. Request Your Services at anytime for the next 12 months during your subscription period!
